Swedish Massage 60-90 min

Swedish massage is the most common relaxation technique! It is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils and lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. A full body massage that could put you to sleep!!

Deep Tissue Massage 60-90 min

Deep tissue massage is a form of body work that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep tissue massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past or current lingering injuries. Due to the nature of deep tissue work, open communication is crucial to make sure you are not too uncomfortable. I will check in pressure wise and please do not hesitate to speak up for more or less pressure! Soreness is pretty common after deep tissue work. Stay hydrated!

Myofascial Massage 60-90 min

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries or discomfort, reduce pain and increase range of motion. This technique differs from all other types of massage in that it targets the fascia – the membrane surrounding muscles – rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on range of motion and comfort level.

COMBO Swedish and Deep Tissue – 90 min

This combo massage allows you 45 minutes on a specific area needing deeper work followed with swedish relaxing massage the rest of the 45 minutes on the rest of the body! This is what I recommend when you want more time to work out those adhesions as well as those relaxation benefits.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form alternative therapy which dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and middle Eastern cultures. During cupping therapy therapists apply cups to the skin for a few minutes to create suction. This suction increases circulation, increasing oxygenation and nutrient content within the tissue, removing stagnant blood and waste products, stretches fascia and connective tissue, which leads to a relaxation response. Great for muscle pain and tension, reduced joint movement, stress and anxiety.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot stone therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
